Bernetti`s Diner in Pelham

We enjoy this place on a weekend morning for a small kitchen breakfast cooked to order. The management takes good care of it's customers.

First time to try this little diner. There were several great choices on meat and three line and I went with baked Greek chicken, black-eyed peas, green beans, yeast roll, and iced tea. Everything was tasty; loved the yeast roll, served with real butter. The tea was divine (I am picky). You can also order off menu which consists of hoagies, burgers, salads, etc. Super friendly and reasonably priced. Breakfast at 6:00 AM, Lunch 11 to 2, closed Saturday. Definitely recommend.

The staff is ALWAYS courteous and helpful, remembers their regulars, and treat you like family! The Diner is my favorite place to eat! Highly recommend if you love southern food!

This is great home cooking filled with flavor and love! I ended up going for breakfast and lunch during the same week. I called in my breakfast order. This was my first time trying them. I order 2 pancakes with blueberries and bananas with smoked sausage. When she handed me my bag, I thought the order was wrong because of how heavy it was. I didn't know that their pancakes are gigantic! The pancakes were bigger than the box. I really only needed one. They taste great and reheat pretty well. The second time I decided to dine in for lunch with my mom. It's buffet line style meat and 2 (or 3 if you're really hungry). I had the baked fish, green lima beans, fried okra, and a roll. You can't really mess up baked fish.The lima beans were well seasoned and reminded me of my granny's. The fried okra was just plain perfect! Crispy but not overly greasy. I most definitely will go back!

Pelham Diner is very consistent with good food and service. The employees are friendly and really appreciate your business. If you're craving a great meat & three, Pelham Diner is tough to beat.

Delicious food. I went for the first time recently to get a takeout lunch. Parking lot was full of locals including trucks with names of local businesses which told me that many people take their lunch breaks here. Meat and 2-3 vegetables roll or cornbread was served cafeteria style. I could have chosen from a number of sandwiches off the menu and called ahead. Plan to go back sometime and try their breakfast. It would be easy to miss this place from the road. Next to Enterprise Car Rental.

One of the best meat & veggie places around. Have never been disappointed nor been hungry when I left. I love their saying that macaroni & cheese is a vegetable. Their breakfast is wonderful too. Watch out for their pancakes- they're huge.

Very good food. Relaxed atmosphere, short wait time. The Corned beef hash is a hidden gem.

Stopped by in hopes of having breakfast only to be delightfully heartbroken. They had stopped serving breakfast but lunch was delicious! I had hamburger steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese with a jalapeno corn muffin. The food was fantastic! The service was just a good. Everyone we met treated us more like old friends than customers. It's such a wonderful place but small - I fear I shall regret sharing it.

Here from out of state and was looking for a place to eat breakfast. Wanted someplace where the licals dine....Boy did we find it! This is a small quaint diner, with welcoming staff. The food was DELICIOUS and the portions were HUGE!

Great diner atmosphere with friendly, helpful service staff who hustle. The breakfast menu has many options and my eggs, bacon, biscuits and chocolate chip pancake were delicious! The pancakes are HUGE, so 2-3 standard pancakes = 1 of Pelham Diner's Pancakes!

Awesome breakfast, more food than I expected for the price. Won't ever complain about that.

Cafeteria style hot bar with sandwiches by order. A locals diner, very friendly staff, the vegetables are a little over salted however it is a southern-style diner. As you would expect. We ate from the hot bar, however the Philly, Cheese Steak being prepared in the kitchen looked awesome!

Great food little salty but otherwise perfect

Wanted to find a great place for breakfast that the locals all talk about and we found it! This is a quaint little place that won’t disappoint! Coffee... great 👍🏻 I ordered the all star breakfast which included 2 eggs, bacon, grits and French toast... hands down best breakfast around ! And we have special dietary needs regarding wheat and they have that too! Take a bow Pelham diner... well done! 👏🏻👏🏻 we will be back when we visit again

Love the food, the staff is great. Parking can be a challenge, and I wish they didn't play Fox News all of the time. I want a break from politics when I go to a restaurant.

Wonderful breakfast! Breakfast available till 11am....great service and cozy place. I can't wait to try the meat and veggies for lunch....We loved the biscuits and gravy, giant giant's pancakes and omelet stuffed with lots of ham and veggies

First time at this place and let me tell you......IT WAS FANTASTIC! Service was excellent, food, outstanding, prices, just right! You get exactly what you pay for! I recommend you try this place for breakfast! They also make sandwiches and subs. Haven't tried one yet but I will and will let you know how they are!

Oh My!! This place is one of those places you overhear someone talk about or stumble onto, but if you eat 3 of their pancakes you’ll be stumbling out about to pop. It is a small restaurant and it does take some time to get your food but it is worth it. They also serve lunch cafeteria style on Sunday. It’s a good after church spot

First time here for breakfast and had very good experience. The staff was courteous and prompt in getting our orders. The patriot breakfast was tasty with humongous pancake! 😀👍

Local diner with a good old fashion breakfast! Biscuits and gravy, buttery grits, perfectly cooked bacon. Server was kind hearted and enjoyed serving others. Our kind of place!

Great little restaurant in Pelham,Ala.

Had always been to Pelham Diner for breakfast, and let me tell you, you can’t go wrong with their breakfast.But today we stopped by here lunch. A meat and three served cafeteria style. I had meatloaf with green beans and sweet potato casserole. Only complaint was a little too much sauce on the meatloaf for my taste but had an excellent flavor. Wife ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes, fried okra and blackberry cobble. She cleaned her plate, which is unusual for her. Said everything was excellent.Service and staff are top notch and make you feel like your at grandma’s table.Definitely a winner for lunch and prices can’t be beat!!

This is a great lunch place with good home- cooked food. It is a cafeteria style meat and three. They have super macaroni and cheese and the chicken and dressing can't be beat. The prices are average for similar places on the area. The portions are big. Overall, it is good food at a good buy.

Really enjoyed the grits. Best southern grits in town. Huge piece of country ham probably 6oz at least. It was thick and not as salty as I like but still very good. Eggs were cooked just right.
